Another productive summer festival season is near an end for us and leaving the best until last… today we have completed our 17th build for the annual Goodwood Revival Meeting!

This year we have managed to successfully cover a colossal 5 ACRES of the remarkable Goodwood Estate with marquees and temporary structures just in time for the world’s most popular historic race meeting. It has involved delivery of 73,000ft² of traditional pole marquees, 105 pagodas, 307 trade stands, 226 vehicle shelters, 10,000m² of framed structures, over 1,000 sheets of plywood flooring, 6 miles of rope, over 3,000 stakes and end to end just a smidgen over 4 kilometres of coconut matting.

We are very proud to play a part in the delivery of this event mainly because of its appetite for traditional canvas pole marquees. These stunning marquees are becoming more and more difficult to come by as hire companies disregard cotton canvas in favour of less expensive, low maintenance modern materials. We are now one of only a very small handful of companies left in the UK with the means and resources to still offer such time honoured structures on this scale.
